The formulation provides ultimate hydrophilicity with an exceptionally low contact angle of less than 10°, ensuring superior wetting capacity from the start of the working phase. This enables exact reproduction of the finest anatomical details, particularly in moist regions where accuracy can otherwise be compromised. The material’s “Perfect Flow” thixotropic behaviour allows it to flow under pressure while maintaining stability once positioned.

Thermosensitive SnapSet technology supports controlled intraoral setting with reduced oral dwelling time, improving efficiency without sacrificing dimensional stability. Once polymerised, the material exhibits maximum elastic recovery after stretching, combined with high tear resistance. These properties facilitate safe demoulding and reduce the risk of distortion during removal.

The product is supplied as a Class I medical device and is available in two setting options: normal setting (regular set) and fast setting. This flexibility allows clinicians to select the most appropriate working time according to procedural requirements. The base and catalyst system (1:1 ratio) ensures predictable mixing control and consistent performance.
