We ship to all areas within South African. We can ship to some neighboring countries. If you are on the African continent, please contact us to advise on the applicable shipping rates.

We do not ship to Europe, USA, Australia, Asia or other continents.

It depends on where you based and the dimensions of your order.

We do our best to dispatch orders the same day but it is not always possible.

Most orders in the Western Cape are delivered the next day. All other regions can take between 1 to 5 working days to reach you.

Be sure to inform us if a parcel is really urgent for us to work out the best possible plan.

Unfortunately we can not guarantee next day deliveries. We also do not know what time your parcel will be delivered. The couriers have set routes and the time your parcel gets delivered is determined by where you are situated on the route.

Be sure to keep a bit of stock or to order in advance to avoid getting caught in a pickle.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. We choose which company to use based on the region, size and weight of orders.

Please ensure goods are sent back in the original packing undamaged and unopened. Please pack the goods in such a manner that it will not get damaged when transported. Please include the invoice in the package.
