POLISHING LATHE TISSI POLYBOX STATION is a compact and efficient working station designed to support polishing procedures in dental laboratories. Built to provide a clean and organised workspace, this professional polishing unit integrates protective shielding, extraction compatibility, and convenient storage features to improve both safety and workflow efficiency during dental finishing and polishing tasks.
The station is equipped with the Polybox extraction hood, which can be connected to the Air Box Twin double suction unit as well as the Twin Poly polishing unit. This compatibility allows dental laboratories to manage dust, polishing residues, and fine particles generated during polishing procedures, helping maintain a cleaner and safer working environment.
POLISHING LATHE TISSI POLYBOX STATION features a double transparent interchangeable protection shield that protects the technician while maintaining clear visibility of the work area. The system also includes an automatic switch-on function for the motor and suction unit, allowing the polishing system to activate conveniently during operation.
Two easily accessible neon lights are integrated into the station, providing clear illumination of the working area for precise polishing and finishing tasks. The station is also equipped with a practical compressed air syringe that allows technicians to remove debris from dental restorations and tools quickly during procedures.
POLISHING LATHE TISSI POLYBOX STATION includes two stainless steel drawers that are fully extractable, offering convenient storage for brushes, polishing tools, and accessories. The removable hard plastic splash guards can be easily cleaned, ensuring that the workstation remains hygienic and well maintained.
