Description
STEAM CLEANER TISSI INOX PLUS is a high-performance steam cleaning unit designed for the effective decontamination and cleaning of dental laboratory materials and equipment. Engineered for professional use, this compact steam generator provides powerful and continuous steam pressure, making it ideal for cleaning metals, ceramics, resins, dental models, cutters, and other laboratory tools.
The system operates with a 4-bar continuous steam generator, delivering strong and consistent steam output for efficient removal of debris, polishing compounds, wax residues, and other contaminants commonly found in dental laboratory environments. The powerful steam pressure allows technicians to clean intricate surfaces and delicate components without damaging materials.
STEAM CLEANER TISSI INOX PLUS features a robust stainless steel boiler with a 5-litre capacity, manufactured from AISI stainless steel with robotized weldings for durability and reliability. The stainless steel construction ensures long-lasting performance while resisting corrosion and wear, even under regular use in demanding laboratory conditions.
Designed for convenience and safety, the unit includes a thermoinsulating steam gun that protects users from heat during operation. A set of four interchangeable nozzles is included as standard, allowing technicians to adjust the steam output for different cleaning tasks. The steam jet is operated by a foot pedal with an anti-shock switch, enabling hands-free control while working with delicate dental components.
Additional features include a visible water level indicator for easy monitoring and a quick water filling system that simplifies daily operation. STEAM CLEANER TISSI INOX PLUS is manufactured and tested in compliance with EC safety standards, ensuring reliable performance and minimal maintenance in professional dental laboratories.
