Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with all seals intact and in its original packaging. You will also need your invoice or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at orders@ddldental.co.za. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

For any questions about returns, you can always reach us at orders@ddldental.co.za.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If any item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and put it right.

Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of dental products, and for hygiene and infection-control reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Opened or used consumables, disposables, and single-use items.
  • Sterile products where the packaging or seal has been opened or damaged.
  • Temperature-sensitive or perishable materials, and items with a limited shelf life.
  • Special orders, custom-made, or personalised items.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we are also unable to accept returns on sale or promotional items. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please get in touch before sending it back.

Exchanges
Please contact our sales team to assist with exchanges via orders@ddldental.co.za

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued as credit on your DDL Dental account, which you can use towards future purchases, unless an alternative arrangement has been made directly with DDL Dental.
